We’re enjoying the Winter Harvest at Nineteen 57 Restaurant & Bar. This season, you can expect butternut squash, root vegetables, mushrooms, pears and loads of kale to hit the menus (kale yeah!). We do everything the slow way (and the hard way), which is why we pride ourselves on small batch cookery.
We’ve recently partnered with Lazetich Ranch—just a half-mile from Rancharrah. Owner Pete Lazetich provides Nevada-raised and processed, grass-fed organic beef, void of antibiotics or hormones. We’ve also partnered with regional farmers and ranchers, including First Fruits (Fallon, NV), Prema Farm (Loyalton, CA), Tahoe Food Hub (Truckee, CA) and Beloved’s Bread (Reno, NV).
Members can get excited for a farmer-rancher speaker series, cooking demos and community gardens in Spring of 2023. The best way to determine if Rancharrah is right for you is to taste it first.
