Weddings

When it comes to weddings, we know that nothing less than perfect will do. The Garden – a 300-person outdoor ceremony site – includes a dramatic, tree-lined walkway, nestled among the grand pond and trickling stream. Brides and Grooms can choose from three separate reception locations: The Green, The Backyard and The Event Room. Bridal parties also have the option to host rehearsal dinners or private spa parties leading up to the big day.

Business Events

Let’s talk business. The Club at Rancharrah offers a variety of spaces perfect for your next corporate meeting or event. The 14-person board room is complimentary for members and includes a full video-conferencing center. The 100-person Event Room is primed for holiday parties or multi-day retreats. The Club’s intimate business center and various lounge areas provide options for quiet work spaces in casual settings.

Most event spaces are available to both Club members and non-members, but members will receive discounts and priority booking.

Boardroom

Capacity: 14

This elegant east-facing boardroom, available to book by Club members only, overlooks the grand pond and the Village at Rancharrah. It comes with all the amenities you need to have a flawless meeting, including a 14-seat board table and adjacent presentation table, smart TV,  private entrance, vaulted ceilings and beautiful French doors. Food and beverage service is also available.

Event Room

Capacity: 85-100

This ornate Event Room features a private bar, buffet island, smart TVs, east and west-facing terraces and vaulted ceilings, all set within The Club’s second-story north wing. The Event Room is an idyllic spot for holiday parties, corporate retreats, birthday parties and larger, private celebrations, and comes equipped with tables, chairs and basic linens.

The Garden

Capacity: 250

Tucked away among the southern tree-line and surrounded by a natural stream and grand pond, The Garden is an idyllic backdrop for wedding ceremonies and gatherings. Chairs and wedding arch are included.

The Green

Capacity: 250

Where undulating hills meet the shoreline of a private lake, this grassy expanse can fit a 100 x 80-foot event tent and everything else you need to have a flawless gathering of any size. Tables, chairs, basic linens, executive bathroom trailer and dance floor are all included.

The Reflection Pond

Capacity: 50

If you’re looking for quaint, rose-studded charm, the Reflection Pond is the perfect venue. Once John Harrah’s private swimming pool, The Pond offers an ambience that echoes that of a British high tea, with plenty of cozy seating areas and a catwalk leading to a magical center island. Tables, chairs and basic linens are included.

The Backyard

Capacity: 500

Capture Nevada’s vibrant sunset over the iconic jagged peaks of the Sierras at this west-facing backyard, surrounded by walking trails and natural flora. Enjoy a variety of backyard games – including pickleball and bocce – in addition to an intimate dining and dance area. Tables, chairs, basic linens, executive bathroom trailer and dance floor are included.
