Join us for “Cosmos and Caviar” a unique opportunity to taste and try some incredible vodka-inspired drinks and dishes.

The Spirits

Tahoe Blue will be showcasing their award-winning vodka in the form of unique crafted cocktails with caviar and food pairings. Made with pristine Lake Tahoe water and artfully distilled in small batches, every beautiful bottle of Tahoe Blue Vodka has a story.

The Food

Meet Chef Colin Smith known for his classical European style of cooking. He is a talented and charismatic creator of all things delicious and has even appeared on Beat Bobby Flay. Chef Colin will walk you through how to prepare one of his vodka infused culinary creations and you’ll leave with the recipe to recreate at home.

The evening’s festivities will also include a chance to participate in a taste test between Tahoe Blue Vodka and Tito’s Vodka.
