Rancharrah’s June 10th Grand Opening event proved to be an incredible success with beautiful weather and over 2,500 in attendance. Guests toured the historical grounds by way of horse-drawn carriages, enjoying a close-up view of the mansion currently under renovation, equestrian center and available custom homesites. Visitors were treated to delicious food from local chef Mark Estee, live music, bocce ball and face painting. Valet parking made entry a breeze, and visitors were greeted by two stunning classic cars previously owned by Frank Sinatra and Lana Turner which were part of Bill Harrah’s car collection, courtesy of the National Automobile Museum.
All 44 of the custom homesites made available in the first release have now been reserved. The Club at Rancharrah members were given the first priority to purchase real estate before the general public. Twenty-eight homesites were reserved by members prior to the Grand Opening with the remaining sixteen sites being reserved the day of the event. Additional real estate offerings of semi-custom homes and condominiums will be released mid fall.
Many have already taken advantage of becoming a member of The Club at Rancharrah with 75 percent of the 250 non-resident memberships already reserved. If you are interested in receiving first notice of Rancharrah offerings prior to the general public, we encourage you to join as soon as possible.
“The success of the Rancharrah Grand Opening event confirms the excitement and reverence our community holds for the re-imagining of this historic property,” said Chip Bowlby, President and CEO at Reno Land Inc. “We congratulate those who have already reserved their piece of history at Rancharrah and welcome others to join The Club at Rancharrah to await the exciting releases of our semi-custom homes and condominium homes.”
